Shipping Policy
- UAE Shipping: Free delivery on orders above AED 300. A flat fee applies for orders below AED 300.
- International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Missed Delivery: If delivery is missed, our courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to OraLux.
- Damaged Parcels: Please report damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
