Refund Policy

At OraLux, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, skincare, cosmetics, supplements, and beauty tools cannot be returned once opened.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
• Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
